What You’ll Do:

• Supervise performance of, provide mentoring to, and administration of the mine maintenance shift crew.
• Supervise mine maintenance shift crew of 6 mechanics, welder and 4 electricians.
• Provide safety guidance, ensure compliance with all safety and workplace rules and procedures.
• Work closely with Maintenance Planning, Capital Programs and Operations Departments to utilize available equipment and material, safely and efficiently, in order to meet daily production goal.

What You’ll Bring:

• Ability to work 5‑5‑4 Days and Nights Rotation shift is required.
• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' mining experience and underground supervisor certification.
• Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent guidance skills - ability to engage and inspire; educate and mentor.
• Inter‑Provincial Journeyperson Certification or Engineering/Technologist designation (preferred).
• Experience as a supervisor in a unionized environment and exposure-based safety programs (preferred).
