The demand for moulded fibre and environmentally sustainable products is rapidly increasing. Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.

We require the skills of a Millwright to join our talented Maintenance team

Who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the building and equipment as required.

Position Requirements
  • 12 hour night shift (7:00pm-7:00am)
Key Skills & Experience
  • Equipment Maintenance: Lead and assist major equipment installations, set‑up and repairs of production machines/equipment, complete work orders;
  • Building Maintenance: perform general and major repairs to building installations, including heating, plumbing, and other building equipment as required;
  • Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
  • Perform other routine maintenance work on machinery;
  • Make parts, simple tools and gauges as required;
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Ideal
  • Licensed Industrial Millwright; 433A
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment;
  • Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications in order to provide troubleshooting and repair services;
  • Mechanical Aptitude and willingness to assist in all maintenance projects as required;
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with the team, customers and suppliers about operational matters.
