What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a dedicated contact during the implementation process, ensuring clear communications with Plan Sponsors and Advisors
- Validate that sold plan designs are compatible with the technology and processes used in Group business
- Assess and determine appropriate non‑standard risk evaluations
- Provide technical support and analysis regarding product offerings and pricing arrangements
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client inquiries and issues effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- In‑depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and claims processing systems
- Strong understanding of Group Life and Health concepts and terminology
- Proficiency in financial reporting and risk analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset
