Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Woodstock, ON, for the role of Metal Fabricator. The Metal Fabricator will be responsible for operating and maintaining metalworking equipment, assembling components, and interpreting technical blueprints. Daily tasks include cutting, grinding, shaping, and joining various materials, ensuring safety and precision in all processes. Collaborating with team members and meeting production deadlines are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Metalworking, including interpreting technical drawings and working with various metals
• Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
• Skilled in Grinding techniques for precise finishing of metal components
• Ability to safely operate and handle Forklifts
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is an asset
