The Thames Valley Family Health Team is one of the largest Family Health Teams (FHT) in Ontario. With more than 125 physicians across 21 sites within London/Middlesex, Oxford and Elgin counties, the Thames Valley Family Health Team is committed to providing comprehensive, collaborative primary health care.
The Mental Health Counsellor’s primary goals are to build the capacity of family physicians\' teams to identify and treat mental health and addictions concerns as part of comprehensive primary health care. The counsellor will work collaboratively, providing team training and consultation, as well as assessment and treatment to adults, children, youth and their families Education and skills based group facilitation is required. This role will assist the FHT in achieving its vision and mission.

Salary: Annual salary is dependent on experience and profession
