Job summary

A healthcare facility in Ontario is seeking a Medical Radiation Technologist to provide high-quality imaging and exceptional patient care. Candidates must hold current CMRITO and C.A.M.R.T./O.A.M.R.S. registrations. Responsibilities include performing exams and documentation while adhering to radiology best practices. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general x-ray examinations and assisting and/or performing gastrointestinal fluoroscopy exams.
• CT experience or willingness to be trained.
• CPR and First Aid certification are desired.

• Use available equipment while incorporating policies and best practices in radiology.
• Work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Must be available for call after regular hours, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current CMRITO registration required
• C.A.M.R.T./ O.A.M.R.S. registration (liability insurance is required)
• CPR, First Aid desired
• Experience performing general x-ray examinations and assisting and/or performing gastrointestinal fluoroscopy exams
• CT experience or willing to be trained
• Word processing, computer skills essential
• Strong interpersonal skills
