Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. This role will assist in running physician clinics, provide administrative support, and act as a secondary MOA. Additionally, this position includes supporting our Urologist, who typically holds clinic once a month. Flexibility to float across various clinic roles for comprehensive administrative coverage is required.

Responsibilities
  • Clinic Support: Assist with running physician clinics, ensuring efficiency in patient flow and administrative tasks.
  • Urologist Clinic: Provide specific support for our Urologist's monthly clinic, including scheduling, patient prep, and follow-up coordination.
  • Patient Communication: Handle patient calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
  • Scheduling: Manage patient appointment bookings and handle rescheduling as necessary.
  • Documentation: Prepare and update charts, ensuring completeness and organization.
  • MRP Liaison: Maintain communication with the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) to convey critical information and updates.
  • Clinic Coverage: Float between roles within the clinic, providing administrative support to cover absences and high-demand periods.
  • Weekend Saturday coverage may be required.
