A regional laboratory association in Ontario is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to manage sample reception, testing preparation, and reporting. Candidates should have an accredited MLT program graduation and current registration with the CMLTO. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This role offers a salary of CA$43.24–CA$52.03 per hour and includes opportunities for training and development.
Position Overview : This position is responsible for the management of sample reception, accessioning and preparation for diagnostic testing, analysis, interpretation and result reporting of clinical / pathology samples. Assists with training. Identifies / resolves unsuitable specimens, keeps records of all tests and procedures performed. May rotate through different specified job functions.
Varies by site / department and may include days, evenings, nights, weekends and stand-by / callback.

As a pre-condition of employment, all new EORLA employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Criminal Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
