Job Title : Marketing Manager - Graphic Design & Production (6-Month Contract)

Reports To : Chief Development & Marketing Officer (CDMO)

About the Role

The MNjcc is seeking a Marketing Manager -Graphic Design & Production to join our vibrant team on a 6-month contract. This in-house role is hands-on and highly visual, responsible for bringing our brand to life through print, digital, and onsite installations.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented designer who understands brand compliance, can manage production from concept through delivery, and thrives in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design: Design and produce creative assets for print, digital, social media, and onsite marketing; Ensure all materials reflect brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Brand Compliance: Act as a brand steward across all touchpoints; Review and update collateral to align with organizational standards.
  • Web & Digital Updates: Implement updates to the website and digital platforms as needed; Support email campaigns, event promotions, and online marketing efforts; Support social content and calendar tracking.
  • Print Production & Installations: Manage production of print collateral, signage, and displays; Oversee vendor coordination for print and installation projects; Participate in onsite installation of signage and visual displays.
  • Team Integration: Collaborate daily with the marketing team and program staff; Be an onsite creative presence, making a direct visual impact on the JCC environment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing production, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with website content updates (Webflow).
  • Experience managing social content.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Ability to work onsite and engage with a dynamic, community-centered team.

Work Environment & Expectations

  • Full-time (37.5 hours / week); 4 days in office, per week
  • Occasional evening / weekend availability required for emergency digital communications (e.g., weather-related closures).

Salary and Benefits

  • Annual salary range : $50,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience, prorated for the duration of the contract.
