Role: Marketing Data Analyst, Corporate Communications and Marketing

How does the role impact the organization? We are seeking a dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our corporate communications and marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing marketing performance, developing actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the corporate communications and marketing organization. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and digital teams to drive data-informed decisions that improve our advisor network, and drive growth. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence and Effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Marketing Performance Analysis: Analyzing marketing program performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and recommend testing methodologies to maximize program effectiveness.
  • Customer Insights and Segmentation: Analyze product data to uncover insights into segmentation and persona development. Continuously refine customer segmentation models based on evolving data and market dynamics.
  • Market Research and Trend Identification: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and advisor / consumer preferences. Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights to drive improved advisor experiences and lead generation.
  • Data Reporting & Dashboards: Supporting the creation and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track real-time performance.
  • Collaboration & Insights: Working closely with corporate communications and marketing teams to assess data needs and provide actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and processes related to marketing systems, channels, and campaigns.

Job Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity you possess :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Marketing or related field. Master's degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in marketing analytics preferably in the wealth management industry, with a significant focus on website analytics and dashboarding.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.

Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.
