Keycafe is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can take ownership of a single vertical — such as vehicle fleets or first responders — and drive end-to-end demand generation. You will research the market, craft strategy, execute campaigns across multiple channels, and ultimately map out the most effective marketing motions for your industry.

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to bring high-quality content and campaigns to life while helping shape the future of our North American marketing efforts. This role requires fluent business English and strong writing abilities.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to a specific industry vertical.
  • Write polished, research-backed blog posts and website copy in professional business English.
  • Build targeted email campaigns, nurture flows, and newsletters to generate qualified leads.
  • Create and manage social media content relevant to your vertical.
  • Hire, brief, and manage freelancers for content production.
  • Produce and host webinars, including topic planning, coordination, and promotion.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance across channels.
  • Collaborate across Sales, Success, and Product teams to align messaging and execution.
  • Stay current on marketing best practices, tools, and emerging trends.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Fluent English communicator (spoken and written) at a professional working level.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing or sales enablement roles.
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Experience developing email campaigns and newsletter content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and traffic metrics; Semrush experience a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 ideal).
  • Experience creating and managing ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools to support marketing workflows.

  • Competitive Compensation: $1,300–$1,400 USD per month (based on experience) + KPI‑based bonus.
