Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is an asset.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning.
  • Proficiency in Excel with knowledge of basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize logistics for trade shows and congresses.
  • Coordinate activities with external vendors and service providers.
  • Manage inventory of promotional, demo, and trial materials.
  • Support sales managers with the ordering of marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate shipments and communications with the international head office.
  • Attend select events to gain market insight and provide onsite support.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize logistics for trade shows and congresses (resources, materials, accommodation, travel, etc.)
  • Coordinate activities with external vendors and service providers (marketing, logistics, printing, etc.)
  • Manage inventory of promotional, demo, and trial materials
  • Support sales managers with the ordering of marketing collateral
  • Coordinate shipments and communications with the international head office
  • Track event-related expenses, supplier invoices, and cost reports
  • Attend select events to gain market insight and provide onsite support to sales teams
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staff and clients during events
  • Propose and implement tools to improve efficiency (templates, processes, shared files)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (an asset)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support role
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in event planning
  • Proficiency in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data management)
  • Knowledge of form creation tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat)
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
