    Marcus & Millichap, the nation’s leading commercial real estate investment sales company, is seeking a talented, career minded, Marketing Coordinator for one of the firm’s top performing industrial teams located in Edmonton, AB.

    The position demands strong time-management, organization and prioritization skills. Potential candidates should preferably have commercial real estate experience or interest, very strong written and verbal skills, ability to work effectively with all personalities, positive, professional, can-do attitude to assist a highly successful and driven team. The ideal candidate should have a professional demeanor, be proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office products and able to learn new technologies quickly.

    This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – not remote or work from home.


    Responsibilities:
    • Work in a cross-functional team environment to coordinate and oversee a wide variety of projects
    • Create marketing materials – research data to incorporate and format in informational marketing brochures, flyers, postcards, general marketing letters, proposals, etc. using Adobe InDesign.
    • Manage team’s email campaigns, email contacts (Pardot) and social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Aid in Brand Development
    • Write, proofread and revise all marketing copy
    • Design and implement social media marketing campaigns
    • Assist with writing press releases, research reports and other external pieces
    • Organize and track marketing statistics including all property inquiries, signed CAs, OMs downloaded/sent, offers received, email campaigns opens/clicks, etc.
    • Assist with multiple administrative duties
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising or Business.
    • Proficient with InDesign and all Microsoft Office applications
    • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills as well as proofreading and editing abilities
    • Excellent grammar, spelling, writing/editing is a must
    • Self-motivated – able to perform with little direction, desire to learn
    • Reliable and punctual, take pride in owning your responsibilities and contributing to the team
    • Extraordinary attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
    • Commercial real estate experience preferred, but not required
