THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, the Marketing Coordinator is a versatile, generalist position responsible for supporting and contributing to diverse marketing initiatives. This role coordinates projects, manages content and communications, and works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing activities are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with various departments, lead the planning, content development, and distribution of the weekly internal employee newsletter and the monthly patient newsletter.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce intranet content and assist with its continued maintenance and development.
  • Support the digital marketing team in managing responses to social media engagement and maintaining the organization’s online reputation across social and search channels.
  • Review patient experience feedback for both booking and post‑exam reports which exist as live, in‑house BI reports. Analyze and organize feedback and comments to create quarterly and year‑end reports, assisting with annual strategy.
  • Manage the Marketing inbox by reviewing and triaging incoming requests, researching needs, and coordinating with internal teams to determine next steps.
  • Assist the Marketing and Community Engagement Specialist with the planning and implementation of community events and sponsored activities. This includes daytime, evening, and weekend events. Ensure deliverables meet agreed metrics, budgets are adhered to, and all expenses are accurately tracked. Contribute to applicable wrap reports for each event.
  • Assist in the curation of existing partnerships and research new opportunities in line with the department’s strategy and budget.
  • Ensure the company’s goals and brand are clearly and consistently presented at events, and recommend improvements where needed.
  • Recruit, coordinate and train employee volunteers for events.
  • Manage branded print and merchandise orders and support inventory planning for events in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Other general marketing tasks as assigned and required to further the goals and strategies of the department.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Marketing or Communications from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years’ full‑time experience in a marketing or communications role that includes the core responsibilities of this role.
  • Detail‑oriented with exceptional and proven writing, reading comprehension, and editing skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Power BI and other tools is a plus.
  • Experience working with content management systems.
  • Demonstrable business experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
  • Track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel under dynamic timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workloads effectively.
  • Demonstrates strong work ethic and sound judgment, with the ability to take initiative.
  • Candidates should be prepared to show a portfolio of previous written samples if requested.
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

The following represents Mayfair’s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $50,000 to $53,000 per annum.
