HEABC’s HRSS Department has an opening for a Marketing Assistant. Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Marketing & Communications, the Marketing Assistant supports the scheduling and development of marketing campaign deliverables built to target physician, nurses and other healthcare professionals for employment in British Columbia. This role requires someone who is internet savvy, results‑oriented, and who has applied skills and knowledge in social media and digital marketing.
Working within a high‑performance, collaborative team environment, the Marketing Assistant will manage a social media content calendar, collect and organize marketing metrics related to the success of campaigns, export statistical data from reporting dashboards and import them into spreadsheets and presentations to showcase outcomes.
This position is well‑suited to an individual interested in pursuing a career in an interesting segment of the public sector, and who values the opportunity to make a positive public contribution through their work.
Salary Range: 48,476 to 63,624
Typical Hiring Range: 48,476 to 60,594
In determining salary, HEABC considers many factors including the successful candidate’s skillset and experience as well as internal equity. The final salary offer will be at HEABC’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
