We are looking for a full-time Manufacturing Machine Operator & Support team member to join our growing factory. If you love working with tools, machines, building things, and solving practical problems, this role is perfect for you. Start Date: ASAP
Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from work is required.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of production equipment, including laser cutters, sublimation machines, fabric and paper cutters, sewing machines, and milling machines.
• Monitor and ensure machines operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely during production.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep our equipment in top working condition.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting and finding creative solutions to improve production processes.
• Support the team with various auxiliary tasks around the factory, including inventory management, fabric preparation, printing, and packaging.
• Assist with constructing new fixtures, installing equipment, and completing minor building projects using power tools and hand tools.
