Our Product Supply group is responsible for the manufacturing and delivery of all our products. If you are passionate about inventing, working with people, developing, and delivering manufacturing processes and technologies, then this role is perfect for you. We are currently hiring for 4, 8 and 12 month paid co-ops, starting May 2026 at P&G’s largest Feminine Care products manufacturing site, located in Belleville, Ontario, where we manufacture bestselling P&G brands such as Always Pads, Liners and Always Discreet.

This is an on-site role.

Responsibilities
  • During your work term, you will own multiple projects critical to the success of the site and manufacturing of P&G Always products. You will be given a detailed impact plan to deliver exciting manufacturing and engineering projects during your term, which could range from process control and engineering, loss elimination, systems improvements to quality improvement, etc.
  • Collaborate with dynamic, diverse individuals on manufacturing initiatives.
  • Lead projects that challenge your analysis, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Lead unique projects with coaching from your manager, playing an important role within the site with direct impact on the business.
  • Deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of your work term (e.g., a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit) and systematically attain the required resources to complete them.

Job Qualifications
  • Candidates who are currently studying toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. For Bachelor's, preference is given to individuals who have completed at least 3 years in an engineering program at an accredited university.
  • Can start the role in May, 2026 from Belleville, Ontario.
