Having a strong background in marketing, social medias and advertising, the desired candidate is ambitious, eager for success and results.The candidate will be responsible for promoting the brand and products using different medias to maintain relationship with existing customers and reach out to new customers. Duties will include developing advertising campaigns, maximizing profits and maintaining strong public relations and brand image.This role will stay on the lookout from supplier promotions to adapt our marketing strategies, but also special attention to the immediate market in order to maintain our position in the market.*Main responsibilities:** Planning, developing, and directing multiple avenues of Marketing strategies to drive sales.* Overseeing social media accounts and websites to engage existing and new customers and establish positive public relations.* Researching new trends and marketing opportunities to put new ideas in place.* Analyzing marketing campaigns performance.* Coordinating and preparing financial documents for advertising campaigns such as: Budget, estimates and contracts.* Analyzing customers feedbacks.* Preparing daily/weekly/monthly ads.* Communication and negotiation skills to deal with ad agencies, employees, marketing staff, editors and writers.* Sales oriented; has the ability to develop relationships with customers.* Interviewing candidates to find the best fits with our company to build a strong team including job search and managing our recruiting management system.* Organizing daily clerical tasks effectively (hiring forms, statutory change, e-mails, action plans)* Easy to work with and collaborative with stores to facilitate efficient communication.*Experience** Minimum 3 to 5 years in marketing management in retail/industrial environment.* Must have delivered concrete results in marketing campaigns.
