About the Role

As Manager, Investments Lifecycle & Engagement you will lead the development and execution of strategies to grow long‑term investment relationships and deepen client engagement across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch campaigns and go‑to‑market plans to grow and deepen retail investment relationships.
  • Build always‑on, multi‑channel outreach programs to drive cross‑sell, increase penetration, and grow investment balances.
  • Define and manage lead strategies to deliver high‑quality investment opportunities to the field.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to align on investment growth goals and execution.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance using reporting and insights, sharing results with stakeholders and refining strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover new opportunities and enhance program effectiveness.
  • Champion a customer focused culture and a high‑performance inclusive environment.
  • Ensure operations align with Scotiabank’s Values, Code of Conduct and Global Sales Principles, and meet operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk controls.
Qualifications
  • Post‑secondary education in marketing, business administration, finance or a related field; MBA considered an asset.
  • Strategic thinking and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency building and delivering presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver complex programmes.
  • Experience in marketing, customer strategy, product/program management or client personalization outreach will be beneficial.
