A leading consulting firm in Canada is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Manager to lead internal audit functions and enhance risk management. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment. This role is integral to managing client engagements and business development efforts.

As part of our Governance, Risk and Compliance Services (GRCS) team, you will lead efforts to help organizations enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their internal audit functions, enterprise risk management programs, third-party relationships, regulatory compliance, governance, and sustainability initiatives. You will oversee the analysis of business strategies, processes, and systems to help clients understand their risks and identify opportunities for improvement. Leveraging your deep technical knowledge and leadership experience, you will manage the delivery of governance, risk, and control engagements for Financial Services clients, while contributing to business development and team growth.
