A regional healthcare foundation in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Manager, Donor Engagement & Stewardship. Position Summary The Manager, Donor Engagement & Stewardship is a key member of the Lake of the Woods District Hospital Foundation team, reporting to the Executive Director. This role is responsible for building and sustaining long-term relationships with donors by delivering exceptional stewardship, personalized communication, and meaningful recognition. The Manager will develop and execute strategies that deepen donor engagement, enhance loyalty, and support philanthropic growth across all levels of giving, including annual giving programs and campaigns. Working closely with the Executive Director, this position ensures that donors are informed of the impact of their contributions and are inspired to continue supporting the Foundation’s mission of enhancing local healthcare.
