Role Overview

The Manager, Clinic Events & Activations is responsible for planning, building, and executing events across our clinic network. This role acts as an internal event planner and execution partner, developing repeatable event playbooks, establishing best practices, and supporting clinics in delivering high-impact events that drive new customer growth and provider book expansion.

This is a hands-on role that blends planning, execution, and influence. The Manager works closely with Marketing Specialists and clinic teams to ensure the right events are on clinic calendars and executed consistently and effectively. Travel to clinics is a core part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
Event Playbooks & Best Practices
  • Build and maintain standardized event playbooks aligned to clinic goals, including:
  • New customer acquisition events
  • Device and service launches
  • B2B referral and partner events
  • VIP and loyalty events
  • Define timelines, budgets, staffing needs, and execution checklists
  • Continuously improve playbooks based on performance and clinic feedback
Clinic Planning & Calendar Support
  • Partner with Marketing Specialists to ensure events are prioritized and scheduled on clinic marketing calendars
  • Help clinics determine which events to run and when, based on their specific needs
  • Support quarterly event planning and execution across the clinic portfolio
  • Act as a planning partner to reduce friction and workload for clinics
Event Execution & On-Site Support
  • Travel to clinics to support first-time or complex events
  • Launch new or updated event formats
  • Provide on-site execution support when needed
  • Train clinic teams on event execution and best practices
  • Ensure events are delivered to brand and operational standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the central point of contact for clinic events
  • Coordinate with internal teams including:
  • Marketing Specialists
  • Social Media & Communications teams
  • Practice Managers and Providers
  • Ensure event execution aligns with broader marketing initiatives
Measurement & Optimization
  • Track key event metrics, including:
  • Attendance and engagement
  • Leads and consults generated
  • Qualitative clinic feedback
  • Collect post-event learnings and share insights with the marketing team
  • Help establish events as a reliable, repeatable growth lever
Qualifications & Experience
  • 4–7 years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or similar roles
  • Experience building repeatable processes or playbooks
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Comfortable influencing without direct authority
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders, including clinicians and practice managers
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • Highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused
