Ferman Collision Center in Brandon, Florida, is seeking a Highly Experienced Automotive Body Shop Collision Manager to lead our dynamic team. We are looking for a proven performer with a history of managing high-volume, large collision operations. If you have extensive experience in the automotive repair industry, can build strong relationships with insurance carriers and vendors, and are skilled at leading a large team, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Collision Center, ensuring prompt, courteous, and effective service to all guests.
  • Take ownership of the guest experience, handling all aspects of service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing and hiring new body shop staff.
  • Distribute work effectively among technicians, ensuring efficiency and quality of service.
  • Provide concierge-level support to guests, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and vendors.
  • Prioritize tasks and services to maintain a smooth operation.
