Starlink Aviation is looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to play a key role at the heart of our operations. As a central point of contact between technical teams, flight operations, and internal services, you will contribute directly to ensuring the availability and safety of our fleet. If you are organized, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!

Your Role and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising all maintenance activities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as a liaison with all departments, ensuring coordination with other teams such as flight operations, customer service, and sales to guarantee that maintenance activities are integrated into MRO operations;
  • Supervise the maintenance of all aircraft in the Starlink fleet for daily maintenance tasks and ensure they are ready for flight operations;
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out safely and in accordance with the MPM and safety procedures;
  • Manage personnel (excluding performance evaluations and disciplinary actions handled by the PRM);
  • Manage and organize AME schedules, including overtime control;
  • Coordinate hangar movements;
  • Work with the purchaser to manage tooling and external services, if required;
  • Oversee routine maintenance and inspections, including updating navigation databases;
  • Manage configuration changes;
  • Supervise departures and arrivals with available on-site technicians;
  • Manage AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) and off-site deployments or unscheduled maintenance;
  • Plan medium-term maintenance (+/- 75 hours) for specific medical evacuation aircraft to ensure proper and efficient operation;
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with MPM, MCM, and safety procedures;
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and inspection reports;
  • Monitor items listed under Minimum Equipment Lists (MELs);
  • Ensure updates for the next maintenance item are recorded in the aircraft logbook;
  • Manage staff schedules and monitor overtime;
  • Maintain an organized and clean work environment;
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, using only company-approved equipment and materials.
