About the role: Maintenance Assistant

You will follow daily schedules to sweep, mop, vacuum rafters, and clean light fixtures, windows, walls, and ceilings. Quickly respond to spills and operate trash and cardboard compactors to maintain a tidy environment.

In addition, you’ll assist with grounds maintenance—blowing leaves, picking up litter, performing snow and ice removal, and supporting minor repairs such as painting and concrete floor patching. You’ll also monitor and restock cleaning supplies and help receive and place incoming merchandise.
