Job summary

A national executive recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a luxury fishing lodge in Haida Gwaii. This full-time position involves overseeing lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include staff leadership, guest relations, and operational excellence, both in-season and out-of-season. Qualified candidates should have leadership experience in premium hospitality and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in premium hospitality or resort management, ideally in a luxury remote environment.
