Job summary

A national executive recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for a luxury fishing lodge in Haida Gwaii. This full-time position involves overseeing lodge operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include staff leadership, guest relations, and operational excellence, both in-season and out-of-season. Qualified candidates should have leadership experience in premium hospitality and strong organizational skills. Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada without sponsorship and be open to working in Haida Gwaii for part of the year.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in premium hospitality or resort management, ideally in a luxury remote environment.

  • Maintain a positive lodge environment and manage guest relations.
