• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail.
• At least 12 months of experience in Loss Prevention or in-store security.
• Physical capability to lift heavy containers (up to 50lbs).
• Willingness to undergo CPR & First Aid training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effort to reduce internal and external losses.
• Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention tagging standards.
• Coach store associates on Loss Prevention responsibilities.
• Log incidents and liaise with the Regional Loss Prevention Manager.
