Job summary

A local educational institution in Sault Ste. Marie is seeking a Long-Term Occasional Teacher for Native Languages. The successful candidate will teach students across various divisions and contribute to a positive school environment. Applicants with OCT qualifications will be prioritized, but non-certified candidates may also apply, bringing prior teaching experience or in-progress education degrees. This is a vital role that encourages cultural education and inclusivity.

Annualized Salary: $52,971 - $119,945

Responsibilities
  • Teach Native Languages to students in the Primary, Junior and Intermediate Divisions (as appropriate for OCT Candidates).
  • Support student learning and contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment.
