Job Overview

We are seeking a Level 3 Windows System Administrator to join our team and provide support for our clients' Windows-based systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of Windows-based infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting and resolving complex issues. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain Windows-based systems and infrastructure for clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windows systems and applications
  • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect systems and data
  • Create and maintain documentation for systems and processes
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide support and resolve issues
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in Windows systems administration
  • Provide on‑call support as needed for critical issues
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Participate in project planning and implementation for new systems and upgrades
  • Train and mentor junior system administrators as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Windows system administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
  • Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Azure or AWS, is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant certifications, such as MCSE, are preferred
