A major Canadian financial institution is looking for a Learning Developer to create engaging learning solutions and collaborate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a learning team and proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Photoshop. As a Learning Developer, you support the Learning Studio by developing engaging and accessible learning solutions for learners across RBC. Working both in a team and independently, you build and foster relationships with Learning and Performance colleagues, business partners from various LOB’s and external vendor partners to create engaging solutions to support learners across the RBC organization. As a creative and innovative resource, you leverage your technical skills to support and action projects quickly, providing your expertise to enable performance through learning.
