Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and scheduling of materials, jobs, and labour.
• Performance management of the division and technicians.
• Primary contact for customers, sales, and service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in the service/sales of a door installation company, preferably overhead doors (2+ years of lead experience).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for servicing to a high degree.
• Comfortable with sales-based conversations and targets.
• Proficient with computer systems.

Experience Level

Intermediate to expert level.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr.
