About the Role

Full‑time, year‑round in Squamish, BC. 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Flexible based on lifestyle needs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects as Lead Carpenter/Site Supervisor.
• Work on new builds and large renovations of high‑end residential homes in the Squamish area.
• Perform demolition, framing, forming, installations, general carpentry and finishing.
• Communicate with clients focusing on superior quality and care.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 4+ years of carpentry experience.
• Ability to work and make decisions independently with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
• Established toolkit and valid driver’s licence.
• Own truck/vehicle and mileage allowance provided.
