Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ baking experience in a similar or hotel/institutional environment.
• Proven experience preparing baked goods for a large number of guests.
• Successful candidates must obtain a mark of 80% or higher on the mandatory WHMIS test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake all pies, squares, bread products, and daily sweets.
• Supervise night shift employees.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and quality standards are maintained.
