The Opportunity

We\'re on the lookout for a Lead ABA Therapist ready to take on leadership responsibilities while still rolling up their sleeves for direct client work. This is a chance to mentor others, contribute to therapy program development, and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.

Compensation: $24–$25 / hour (based on experience & qualifications)

What You\'ll Do

  • Guide and support therapists with training and fidelity checks
  • Run engaging sessions and step in where needed
  • Complete client assessments and help design individualized plans
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data to measure progress
  • Collaborate with senior staff on program planning
  • Lead Parent Coaching and support community integration goals
  • Contribute ideas and insights during team meetings

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of ABA experience with children and youth (18 months–18 years)
  • Organized, adaptable, and strong clinical judgment
  • A team player who also shines independently
  • Excellent communication skills with families and community members
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable vehicle (required)
  • Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (required)
  • Bonus points if you have PECS training or Crisis Management certification
