Staff Lawyer at OKANAGAN THOMPSON LEGAL CLINIC is a full-time position. The Clinic provides free legal services and education to the Okanagan Thompson area with offices in Kamloops and Kelowna, operating with a trauma-informed, client-centered approach dedicated to removing barriers to justice for gender diverse individuals, Indigenous communities and other marginalized groups.
The Staff Lawyers will report to the Executive Director and join a team responsible for delivering free legal services in the Kelowna and Kamloops regions.
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 per year. Pension and health benefits are included.

The Okanagan Thompson Legal Clinic (OTLC) is a community-based, non-profit legal clinic with offices in Kelowna and Kamloops. We provide free legal services to individuals who cannot otherwise afford representation, addressing gaps in access to justice across the Interior. Our work covers issues including human rights, tenancy, employment, and income assistance, and we are committed to serving clients with compassion, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
