We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice to join our team and care for some of Kelowna’s most exquisite gardens. As a Landscape Maintenance Apprentice, you’ll work alongside our Maintenance Foreman to ensure every garden we care for exceeds expectations.
- Maintain lawns, shrub beds, trees, and specimen plants with precision and care.
- Assist in pruning, cultivating, and seasonal garden preparations.
- Oversee and maintain irrigation systems, water features, and low-voltage lighting.
- Ensure tools and equipment are ready, safe, and in excellent working condition.
- Support and motivate your team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and with excellence.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building relationships with clients who trust us with their outdoor spaces.
- Horticultural Certificate or 6+ months of hands-on experience in landscape maintenance.
- IPM Certificate and pesticide dispenser’s license (preferred).
- First Aid Certification (WCB Level 1) and valid BC Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Familiarity with full-service lawn and shrub bed care, pruning techniques, and seasonal plant maintenance.
- An eye for detail and pride in your work, ensuring every property is picture-perfect.
