We are hiring a Kitting/Inventory Administrator to join our team! Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience within a similar inventory role with forklift experience is an asset. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift with an 8:00am start time

Overview:
• Report to Chief Information Officer
• Creating job stickers and setting up carts; accurately kitting purchased and electrical components
• Advise Purchaser of depleted/low inventory
• Pull inventory for Service Department as needed
• Receiving and inspection of incoming parts and materials, including internally machined parts
• Safe operation of forklift to unload trucks or move items throughout the facility
• Assist in managing outside processing delivery and coordination of the kitting components
• Assist in annual inventory counts
• Assist with review and input of received purchasing and electrical components in QuickBooks
• Assist with auditing kits as needed
• Assist with deliveries as needed, safely operating work vehicles
• Adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, as well as VTR’s Mission, Vision, and Values
• Assist with general labour tasks as needed
• Other duties as required

What you'll bring:
• Previous experience in a similar inventory role within a manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience with inventory management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Teams, Outlook, Word, & Excel
• Verifiable Raymond Reach and/or Counterbalance forklift operating experience and valid forklift license as an asset, but willing to train
• Valid G-Driver’s License
• Experience safely operating larger delivery vehicles or vans preferred
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated adaptability and the ability to work under tight deadlines, managing conflicting demands
• Commitment to quality and safety

• Overtime after 40 hours

• Hearing protection and safety glasses provided when required
