Overview

As a JuniorHRData Analyst, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support teams in their decision‑making. You will work closely with technology and business experts to improvethe quality of the reporting.

  • Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources.
  • Perform analyses and produce clear reports.
  • Identifytrends and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business teams to improve data quality.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensureoptimalfunctionality.
  • Develop andmaintaindocumentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
  • Provide user support and training for new systems and features.

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management or business administrative degree or related field.
  • Minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience.
