McElhanney Ltd. is calling on passionate and curious Engineers‑in‑Training to help strengthen infrastructure in Indigenous communities. This is more than an engineering role—it's a unique chance to connect directly with communities, support local housing and infrastructure development, and see your work create visible, lasting impact. You’ll gain hands‑on experience across water, wastewater, and community infrastructure design while learning under the mentorship of experienced Professional Engineers registered in BC. The successful candidate will be part of our Kamloops Branch and will be based in, or willing to relocate to, Kamloops.
McElhanney offers competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, tailored to match individual qualifications. The base salary/wage range reflects the necessary qualifications and experience for the position, with final compensation determined by the successful candidate’s qualifications.
This role is designated as a safety‑sensitive position and requires completion of pre‑employment drug & alcohol and fitness for work testing.
