About the Team and Business Line:

We are seeking an experienced Change Management Analyst with a business analysis background and change management knowledge to support organizational transformation initiatives and drive successful change adoption across the organization. This role requires a combination of change management expertise and business analysis skills to effectively support organizational transformation initiatives while ensuring successful adoption of changes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

About You:

  • 2-4 years of experience in change management and/or business analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
  • Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR)
  • Strong business analysis skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience creating training materials and facilitating sessions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management certification (PROSCI, CCMP)
  • Experience with project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of process improvement techniques
  • Experience in financial services industry
