Qualifications

• Over 3 years of HBM and/or VMM experience is preferred.
• Experience in a shop environment, preferably with custom ability.
• Reliable track record at previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and engineered drawings.
• Setup, program, and operation of Horizontal Boring Mills or Vertical Milling Machines.
• Measure precisely utilizing mic’s, calipers, and bore gauges.

Skills

Ability to operate a crane with proper rigging techniques

Attention to detail with a focus on quality

Experience with medium to large mills

Ability to run a variety of CNC Machines and equipment

Education

Journeyman Machinist certificate
