Overview:
We are seeking licensed Journeyman Automotive Service Technicians who are passionate about diagnostics, repairs, and delivering top-quality service. What you will be doing:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles across multiple makes and models
Perform preventive maintenance and follow checklists to ensure safe and complete work
Conduct inspections, road tests, and system checks using OEM diagnostic tools
Adjust, repair, or replace components related to fuel, brakes, steering, suspension, drivetrain, exhaust, electrical, and cooling systems
Mentor and support apprentices in the shop
Follow best practices for safety, compliance, and quality assurance
What you must have:
Provincially recognized Journeyman Automotive Mechanic Certificate (Red Seal an asset)
Minimum 3–5+ years hands-on experience in service/repair of vehicles
OEM-specific training/experience highly valued (Jaguar, Land Rover, Volkswagen, Kia, Chrysler, Subaru, Audi)
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance using OEM and computerized testing tools
Experience mentoring apprentices an asset
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Physically capable of meeting role demands (lifting, extended standing, tool/equipment use)
Salary/Rate Range: $75,000 – $120,000
