Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk at a busy dental office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset. Responsibilities
  1. Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  2. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries.
  3. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date patient records.
  4. Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and communicate with patients and staff.
  5. Proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  6. Coordinate with dental staff to streamline patient flow and enhance service delivery.
  7. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
  8. Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and documentation purposes.
  9. Assist in training new front desk clerks on procedures and best practices.
Requirements
  1. Previous experience in a front desk or clerical role is preferred, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting.
