The Role

Gambit ID is currently looking for a full-time IT Support and Tester. The primary focus of the role will be to provide technical support to our clients, as well as creating and executing test cases. We provide a wide range of challenges that offer the ideal candidate a great learning experience. Core Responsibilities

• Provide first level and second level support.
• Create and execute test cases.
• Assist the CTO coordinate day-to- day operations.

An Ideal Candidate

• College diploma or university degree in a field related to Computer Science, or a suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• Strong ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• Exceptional customer service demonstrating a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with confidence, and in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• French is an asset.
• Willingness to take on opportunities outside comfort zone.

Location

This position is remote. However, Gambit ID is located in Ottawa, ON and peak times are 8:00am-4:00pm EDT.

Compensation

This is an entry level position, but base salary will vary based on background and relevant experience. In addition, you will be eligible for monetary performance bonuses.
