Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm in Toronto is seeking an I&IT Consultant with extensive experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and programming. The role requires expertise in advising clients on IT solutions to enhance organizational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have strong web development skills and the ability to provide strategic guidance. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience in development, programming, and analysis at Level 3 with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Familiar with change-management principles and methodology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to advise on IT to meet business objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical assistance.
• Act as the technical advisor on specific deliverables.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliverables.
• Develop processes and procedures for deliverables.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 days Onsite)

Duration: 11 Months (With Possible Extension)

Must Haves:

• Experience in development, programming, and analysis at Level 3 withMS Dynamics CRM 2013, 2016Sales, Marketing, and service modules. Customized complex applications on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform as well as theDynamics 365/ADX Portal,Dynamics O365 Online, Power Pages and PowerApps.
• Experience in programming and analysis at Level 3 with Microsoft Visual Studio, Web Development skills including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax to update Dynamics 365 Forms and Portal webpages.

Nice-To-Have:

• Power BI
• Previous Public Sector experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Works in partnership with clients, advising them on information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems, work to improve structure and efficiency of an organization’s I&IT systems. The I&IT Consultant may be used to provide strategic guidance to organizations with regard to Information Management & IT technology, IT infrastructures and the enablement of major business processes through enhancements to IT.
• Provides subject matter expertise in their field and highly expert technical assistance.
• Acts as the technical advisor/expert on all aspects of a specific deliverable
• Provide the quality assurance/quality control of specific deliverables.
• Anticipates and resolves problems to ensure that the deliverables are completed within budget, to the highest quality, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Develops processes and procedures for implementing deliverables.
• Prepares reports and presentations including options, recommendations, implementation plans, etc.
• Works with clients to define the scope of a project and to determine requirements.
• Defines software, hardware and network requirements.
• Analyzes I&IT requirements giving independent and objective advice on the use of I&I
• Designs, tests, installs and monitors new systems and develops solutions and implementation of new systems.
• Familiar with change-management principles and methodology
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
