Job summary

A leading vehicle auction platform in Moncton is seeking an individual to manage vehicle inventory and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include documenting vehicle conditions, directing traffic, and facilitating customer needs. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, possess automotive knowledge, and should be comfortable working outdoors. A driver's license and bilingual skills are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
  • Basic computer proficiency, with the ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
  • Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines.
  • Document vehicle condition within company standards, including complete inventories and supporting photographs of each vehicle using company tools.
  • Direct the flow of traffic in the receiving area to ensure timely processing of vehicle inventory using a system of priorities.
  • Facilitate the Copart experience by offering solutions to meet customer needs based on an understanding of Copart policy.
  • Monitor, maintain and organize the receiving area.
  • Operate camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
  • Determine operational capability of motor vehicles.
  • Complete vehicle inspection inventories (TLEs) on required vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory of all materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
