CIMA+ continues to grow and expand its Earth and Environment team in Southern Ontario. Our Natural Environment Team is seeking a Terrestrial Ecologist to support projects in Southern Ontario. The successful candidate will join our team of biologists, environmental professionals, and field technicians, contributing expertise in field programs and natural heritage reporting for diverse sectors including energy, waterpower, transportation, and land development for both public and private clients.
This role offers the opportunity to participate in our hybrid work model, which includes flexible hours, remote work options, and access to one of our offices located across the GTA (Kitchener, Guelph, Burlington, Mississauga, Spadina-Fort York, or Bowmanville).
The position will involve both office-based responsibilities as well as seasonal terrestrial fieldwork. Office work includes preparing proposals, technical reports, and environmental impact studies. Currently we are looking for candidates with demonstrated expertise in botany and bats.
