As a Sales Engineer, you’ll accelerate product usage and help remove technical buying objections to drive the business forward.

Please note this is a hybrid position; office attendance in the Morrisville or Ottawa hub is a requirement for the role.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct Pre-Sales Product Demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of N-able’s products through engaging demonstrations to prospective partners.
  • Manage Prospect Requirements: Understand the unique needs and challenges of prospects and provide technical assistance throughout the sales process.
  • Trial Orientations and Walkthroughs: Lead trial orientations and walkthroughs to help potential partners make informed decisions.
  • Competitive Analysis and Market Research: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Collaborate with Partners: Assess and address client requirements during product deployment to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Provide Design and Configuration Best Practices: Share best practices to partners when deploying N-able products for optimal performance.

What You’ll Bring
  • Experience as a Sales Engineer, Field/Networking Technician, or Systems Administrator, demonstrating technical sales acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to convey product messaging and value through technical demonstrations, trade shows, and onsite training engagements.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-management skills to build rapport with partners.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement projects to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, work autonomously, and demonstrate proactive problem-solving.
