Our Claims teams are the proven problem solvers of choice for clients, delivering technical excellence and a differentiated global claims handling experience. Through a robust stakeholder feedback loop and supported by consistent processes and leadership, we deliver responsive, fair and professional service with empathy and efficiency.
The Intermediate Claims Adjuster for Casualty handles mainstream commercial casualty claims including slip and falls, product liability and other general liability claims. You must operate in accordance with operational and Best Practices guidelines, determine coverage, draft reservation of rights and denial letters, attend mediations or settlement conferences, and instruct independent adjusters and attorneys in negotiation and settlement. Claims are primarily in Canadian venues, with limited worldwide exposures.
