Qualifications

• Two to four years management/supervisory experience required.
• Previous retail optical experience as a manager or customer service specialist preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in coaching staff.

• Provide support and direction for practice staff performance enhancement.
• Coach and mentor staff to inspire excellence and support their development.
